Lavendar/Lemon Water


Directions:

Place 1/4 cup dried lavendar in a glass dish, and pour 3 cups of almost boiling water over.

Add 1 tablespoon agave nectar or, 3 tablespoons honey or florida crystals.

Let steep covered (use a plate) for 6 to 8 minutes.

Drain thru a fine mesh strainer and add 2 fresh lemons sliced thin, ice and about 3 to 5 more cups of cold water.

You can decide how strong you want the lavender taste.
